3 cups Crane’s white bread cut into 1 inch cubes 4 eggs beaten 1 T. melted butter 2 cups scalded milk 
Mix the eggs, butter and milk together in a 9 x 12 baking dish. Fold in the bread cubes. Cover and put in the refrigerator over night. In the morning preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
1 cup bisquick ½ t. baking powder 2 cups fresh or frozen blueberries
Mix together the bisquick and baking powder. Stir into mixture from the Refrigerator. To this, fold in the blueberries. Bake for 30 minutes or until it is set in the middle.
